I will meet with you, view the special features of your house, listen to your goals and objectives and develop a "Customized Marketing Plan" that details exactly what we will do together to effectively get your property sold, along with dates we plan on implementing each marketing event. Providing the best quality Marketing materials is a priority, as these reflect your property and showcase it to the current pool of buyers. I believe in tons of photos and maximum exposure on the Internet, as it has been proven that this is where most buyers start their search.

I will synchronize the transaction and assist with all the steps involved with the closing, handling any and all complications that might occur through this process - from before the contract to after the settlement.
